Human Rights

Declaration of Human Rights

This activity looks at presentation techniques and requires students to  produce an information sheet that displays the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in a format more appropriate to teenagers.

Human Rights (1) Street Scene

This unit aims to develop students’ understanding and appreciation of a print-based reference text as they read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). They then go on to identify human rights in everyday life in the UK.
