Radio Project Session 1
This is a lengthy project (9 sessions) which is going to involve
listening to, analysing and creating media stories from and about the
developing world. It will culminate in students producing a radio
programme with these stories.
Radio Project Session 2
Students become aware of the role of the production team and understand the time and length requirements of a radio programme.
Radio Project Session 3
Introduce the concept of the running order. Discuss why a running order is needed for a radio programme.
Radio Project Session 4
Students begin to understand the particular requirements of writing for radio and start the process of turning topics into scripts.
Radio Project Session 5
Students complete writing the scripts. They recognise the skills of different interviewing techniques.
Radio Project Session 6
This session aims to help the student gain some understanding of the role of an international reporter.
