Terms of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from nate.org.uk

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statuary rights as a customer.

Orders

Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 working days but please allow up to 14 days during busy periods. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of order

Mail order customers have the right to cancel orders within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Resources must be returned at the customer's expense and received by NATE in mint condition. After 7 working days a restocking fee of 10% of the goods received or £5 whichever is the greater will be charged. All photocopiable items are non-returnable. Shortages must be notified within 7 working days.

Privacy Statement

The National Association for the Teaching of English will not collect any information from you except that required for processing your enquiries or orders.

Status of the National Association for the Teaching of English

The National Association for the Teaching of English is an independent charity (Registered Charity No 313157) and its work is governed by normal Statutes and Standing Orders approved by the Charity Commission. The governing body of NATE is the elected Management Committee which determines the policies of the Association and regulates its finances.

The National Association for the Teaching of English receives no direct external funding and is financed primarily through membership subscriptions together with income derived from the sale of other resources.

The information on this site is provided on an 'as is' basis and the National Association for the Teaching of English cannot guarantee its accuracy.
