About me
I am a freelance English/ICT consultant and author with a particular interest in ICT. I have worked as a classroom teacher and secondary English consultant in two LAs. I spent some time in the Higher Education sector as PGCE mentor at Oxford Brookes Uni and for the Open University as part of the NOF ICT training. I worked for 5 years in the commercial sector at Research Machines and developed Easiteach Literacy with Professor David Wray. I have published a range of text books and ICT-based English materials for various publishers; most recently several of the new GCSE revision and text book materials for Pearson/Heinemann. I currently teach in a range of schools as a consultant, with a focus on literacy and KS4 intervention.
