NATE News is the newsletter of the association, published five times a year and available as part of NATE membership. The newsletter is a topical mix of news of NATE activities and views on current issues.

English in Education [notes for contributors]

English in Education is the association's highly regarded research journal, published three times a year. The research journal is intended for all those professionally concerned with the learning and teaching of English and Drama in nursery, primary, secondary, further and higher education. It publishes articles, poems and reviews on all aspects of English teaching, including drama, new technologies and media education. It provides a forum for the sharing of practice, research and perspectives in English teaching. English Drama Media [more info]

English Drama Media is published three times a year. It is the Association’s platform for discussion and thought of any issues which are relevant to the teaching of English in the four countries of the UK.

Classroom Magazine [more info]

All NATE members will receive this exciting new magazine, with all teachers of English in mind, from February 2007. The new, highly illustrated magazine offers a huge range of practical and entertaining articles for a wide range of primary and secondary classrooms.

All NATE members will receive a new magazine, with the English classroom in mind, from the beginning of 2007. The new magazine will address both primary and secondary English teachers. More information coming soon.

Publications Catalogue

NATE's publications catalogue includes titles which are written by teachers for teachers, with a view to spreading good ideas and information. Also featured are quality books on all aspects of English teaching from a wide variety of other sources which might not be available to the membership otherwise.

NATE is also the sole distributor in the UK for Phoenix Education from Australia.
